- Deposit Due upon signing contract
- Deposit forfeited if rental cancelled within one month of scheduled event.
- Rental fee due two weeks prior to rental
- $1 Million event liability insurance required
- Uniformed security required for groups larger than 100
- Time of possession: 8am—1am
- Additional fee of $150/hour for each hour or portion that facility is not vacated by 3am
Ball Room and Pavilion
Our large Banquet Room has a capacity of 448. The room can be divided and a room with a capacity of 150 may be rented. We have bar facilities, Stage, Sound System and more to offer. We also have a large outdoor 3,600 square foot Pavilion for rent.
